Programmes and enrolment
Programme content, schedules and fees are indicative and may be updated. Your place is confirmed once we have received the applicable fee and completed enrolment.
Payments and refunds
Refund eligibility is set out in your enrolment confirmation. Please read it carefully. In case of a scheduled programme being cancelled by AL THAWABIT, enrolled learners will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our courseware is owned by AL THAWABIT or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or resell it without our prior written consent.
Conduct
Learners are expected to attend punctually, participate constructively and treat trainers, staff and other learners with respect. We reserve the right to discontinue an enrolment where conduct materially disrupts the programme.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AL THAWABIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance of a programme.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
